1. Information We Process

You may provide information such as:

• Name, email, phone number and location;
• Job title and LinkedIn profile;
• Professional summary, skills, education and work experience;
• Project details and job descriptions; and
• An optional passport-size photograph; and
• An existing PDF or DOCX resume that you choose to import.

Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, request time and security logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Generate, edit, preview and download your resume;
• Align your resume with a job description;
• Provide AI-assisted writing;
• Extract and organize information from an uploaded resume;
• Maintain website security and prevent misuse; and
• Respond to support or privacy requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not use it for advertising.

3. AI Processing

When you choose AI-assisted generation, relevant resume information and any job description you provide are sent through our server to Cloudflare Workers AI.

When you import an existing resume, readable PDF or DOCX text is extracted in your browser and sent through our server to Cloudflare Workers AI to organize it into form fields. If a PDF appears to be scanned, its page images are sent to a Cloudflare vision model for optical character recognition before the text is organized.

Cloudflare may process this information according to its terms and privacy policy. Information may be processed outside India.

Do not enter Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, passport details, financial information, passwords, health information or confidential third-party information.

4. Photograph and PDF

Your optional photograph is processed in your browser and is not sent to Cloudflare Workers AI. It is used only in resume templates that support photographs.

Your final PDF is generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.

Uploaded resume files are used only to import available details. Normal documents are read in your browser; scanned page images are sent for AI vision processing only when OCR is required. Imported results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed.

5. Storage and Retention

UD AITech does not currently provide user accounts or intentionally store your resume, uploaded source file, job description or photograph in its own permanent database.

If you allow device saving, the website stores your entered form details, job description and optional photograph locally in this browser using IndexedDB. This browser-only draft is not added to our permanent database and is not automatically available in another browser or on another device.

Your device-saving choice and light or dark theme preference may also be remembered in this browser. You can use “Clear all details” to remove the saved draft. Choosing “Stop saving” removes the saved draft and prevents further saving until you allow it again. Clearing the browser’s site data may also remove these items.

Other information is processed temporarily while you use the website. Our hosting, security and AI providers may retain limited information according to their own policies and legal requirements.

6. Service Providers

We may use the following providers to operate the website:

• Cloudflare Workers AI for AI processing;
• OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites for website publishing and management; and
• Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, security and network protection.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or security threats.

7. Security

We use reasonable security measures, including HTTPS encryption and server-side storage of API credentials. However, no internet service can guarantee complete security.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Because browser-only drafts remain on your device and are not available to us as permanent account records, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete them. Use “Clear all details,” choose “Stop saving,” or clear this website’s browser data to remove them.

9. Age Requirement

This service is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our services or data-handling practices change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
