Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You may create a resume only for yourself or for someone who has authorised you to do so.

2. Our Service

UD AITech allows you to:

• Import available details from an existing PDF or DOCX resume;
• Create a resume with or without AI assistance;
• Align resume content with a job description;
• Edit and format resume content;
• Choose a resume template;
• Optionally save your resume details in your current browser for later use; and
• Download the final resume as a PDF.

The service is currently provided free of charge. Features or pricing may change in the future, but any charges will be clearly shown before payment is requested.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information;
• Reviewing and correcting every imported resume field;
• Reviewing and correcting the complete resume;
• Ensuring that employment, education, skills and achievements are genuine;
• Having permission to use any photograph or information you provide; and
• Protecting the PDF after it is downloaded.

You must not use the service to create false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised resumes.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, unsuitable wording or incorrect assumptions. You must review every statement before using or sharing the resume.

UD AITech does not guarantee:

• Any specific ATS or resume-match score;
• Selection for an interview;
• A job offer or employment; or
• Acceptance by any employer or recruitment platform.

Any readiness, alignment or match information shown on the website is general guidance and not an official employer or ATS result.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Enter unlawful, confidential or unauthorised information;
• Enter Aadhaar, PAN, passport, financial, health or password information;
• Impersonate another person;
• Upload harmful files or attempt to damage the website;
• Bypass security controls or usage limits;
• Make excessive automated requests; or
• Use the service for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide and the resume you create.

You give UD AITech limited permission to process your information only for providing, securing and maintaining the requested resume-building service.

7. Privacy

Your information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. When you choose AI-assisted generation, relevant resume content may be processed through Cloudflare Workers AI under Cloudflare’s applicable terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The UD AITech name, logo, website design, software and original templates belong to UD AITech or their respective licensors.

You may use and share your downloaded resume for personal and professional purposes. You may not copy, resell or reproduce the website or its templates as a competing service.

9. Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, security, misuse prevention or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors. You should download and securely keep your final resume because we do not provide permanent account-based or cross-device resume storage. A browser-only draft may be available when you choose device saving.

Device saving is optional and works only after you allow it. Saved details may be lost if browser data is cleared, storage is blocked, the browser is changed or another device is used. UD AITech cannot remotely retrieve or restore a browser-only draft.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UD AITech is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated content;
• Employer or recruitment decisions;
• Failure to obtain an interview or job;
• Loss of a downloaded resume;
• Information entered by the user; or
• Temporary website or third-party service unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our service or legal requirements change. The updated date will be displayed at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in India.
